Clear, fair, and transparent platform terms. ZONEX RE PLATFORM is an electronic advertising space — not a broker, not an agent, and never a party to any transaction.

The platform is not a real estate broker and does not act as an agent for the buyer or the seller. We are not a party to any negotiations or transaction resulting from an advertisement. Consequently, the platform is Commission-Free and does not charge any percentage of the final sale or lease value.
The platform shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, or disputes arising between parties through the use of this service. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any legal agreements. ZONEX RE PLATFORM's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific listing fee.
ZONEX RE PLATFORM provides a digital marketplace for browsing, listing, and managing real estate opportunities across Bahrain. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and avoid misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful listings or contact details.
The Advertiser (User) bears sole legal responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the property data provided. It is the Advertiser's obligation to ensure they possess the necessary legal rights to advertise the listed property. ZONEX RE PLATFORM assumes no liability for inaccurate, false, or unlawful content submitted by advertisers.
This platform serves strictly as an Electronic Advertising Space and a digital classifieds portal. We provide the technical infrastructure for users to list and browse properties; we do not own, inspect, or manage any of the listed properties. ZONEX RE PLATFORM is not responsible for the physical condition, legal status, or commercial viability of any listed property.

The fee of 1.5 BHD (Listing) or 4.5 BHD (Pro) is a Technical Listing Fee charged for the service of hosting and displaying the advertisement on the digital platform for a specific duration. This payment is strictly for digital advertising services and shall not be construed as a brokerage fee, success fee, or real estate commission.
Listing fees are generally non-refundable. A refund may be considered only when a verified technical issue prevents the paid listing from being published within 48 hours, including where payment is successfully completed but the listing is not published because of a technical error. Listings are normally published immediately. To be eligible for review, you must contact us through the Contact Us page or by email and provide the relevant payment and listing details. We cannot review or process refund requests that are not submitted through one of these channels.
Property owners, agents, and administrators are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, pricing, media, descriptions, and contact details. ZONEX RE PLATFORM may review, reject, remove, or moderate content that violates quality standards, legal requirements, or community trust.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out using your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
